We are based in Buckinghamshire where we use the latest digital technology to design and print our products. Our 11oz mugs are AAA grade high gloss ceramic and are dishwasher & microwave safe.
The sublimation printing process we use gives a permanent high resolution, vibrant, full colour imprint. It's completely smooth and the design cannot be washed, scratched, or rubbed off so will keep looking great for years to come.

Delivery Times
IMPORTANT: Please note that ongoing industrial action by the Royal Mail may delay deliveries.
All of our products are made to order and dispatched from our Buckinghamshire base within 48 hours of your order being placed.
UK - Postage is free to all UK destinations when you spend over £30, otherwise it's just £1.50. All deliveries are made using Royal Mail Second Class post which is not a tracked method. Deliveries can take up to 5 business days to arrive from the date of order. This delivery method is not recorded so no tracking information will be available.
Europe - Deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s International Standard service and your purchase should arrive within 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the number of products ordered.
Rest of the World - Deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s International Standard service and your purchase should arrive within 15 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the number of products ordered.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances (a global pandemic, for example) or during the busy holiday seasons deliveries may take longer.
