Delivery Times
All of our products are made to order and dispatched from our Buckinghamshire base within 48 hours of your order being placed.
UK - Postage is free to all UK destinations when you spend over £30, otherwise it's just £2.00. All deliveries are made using Royal Mail Second Class post which is not a tracked method. Deliveries can take up to 5 business days to arrive from the date of order. This delivery method is not recorded so no tracking information will be available.
Europe - Deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s International Standard service and your purchase should arrive within 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the number of products ordered.
Rest of the World - Deliveries are made using Royal Mail’s International Standard service and your purchase should arrive within 15 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the number of products ordered.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances (a global pandemic, for example) or during the busy holiday seasons deliveries may take longer.

We offer a 90 day money-back guarantee. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.

To return an item please contact help@gettingshirty.com or click here stating your name, email address, order number and reason for the return. We'll then get straight back to you with details of how to return your purchase for a refund or replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
