Returns and Refunds
We offer a 90 day money-back guarantee. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
Any personalised, customised or items bespoke to your specification.
To return an item please contact email@example.com or click here stating your name, email address, order number and reason for the return. We'll then get straight back to you with details of how to return your purchase for a refund or replacement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange An item for a different size or colour, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or click here stating your name, email address, order number and reason for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a recorded delivery method for your return postage. We will not accept responsibility for any returns that get lost in the postal system.
