We are based in Buckinghamshire in the UK and we ship worldwide
How long have you been trading?
Previously known as Baad Taste T-Shirts, we started selling our products on eBay in 2005. We changed our name to Getting Shirty in 2009, built our own website and started on our merry adventure. Although we still occasionally offer products for sale on eBay, our main focus is now this website and Amazon. Our product catalogue is also available through Facebook and Instagram.
Can I shop with confidence?

All of our products come with a 90 day money back satisfaction guarantee, so if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that you return it to us in an unworn or unused condition. Please check The Small Print in our web page footer for more information.
Where's your customer feedback?
At the time of writing we're deciding whether to further develop our website to incorporate customer reviews/feedback or expand our use of Trustpilot. The reviews customers have left on Trustpilot can be found here and we currently have an excellent rating.
You can be confident in the service we offer and products we sell. On eBay we have a 100% positive feedback rating with over 11,000 feedback comments left. At the time of writing we also have a 100% rating on Amazon and a quick search of Getting Shirty on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites will result in lots of positive feedback from satisfied customers.

Ordering, delivery and returns
What method of payment do you accept?
Pretty much everything! We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are processed using the latest data encryption technology, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other techniques to offer a secure online payment system.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to all UK addresses when you spend over £30. Otherwise it's just £1. For everywhere else, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the number of products ordered.
How long will my delivery take?
All of our products are made to order and we aim to ship within two days of the order being placed.
UK deliveries will be made using Royal Mail second class postage and deliveries can take up to 5 days from the date of order.
For everywhere else we use Royal Mail's International Standard service and deliveries can take up to 10 days for European destinations. Please allow up to 15 days for deliveries outside of Europe.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances (a global pandemic, for example) or during the busy holiday seasons deliveries may take longer.
Can my order be sent by recorded delivery?
Although this is not a method of delivery we offer as standard, if you need a product posted by recorded delivery, please contact us and we'll sort it out for you.
Where is my delivery?
If the delivery has taken longer than those stated in our Delivery Times page please check with neighbours and your local sorting office. Although our deliveries do not require a signature, if they don't fit through your letter box they may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If there are exceptional circumstances affecting delivery times we will post an update on our website so please check there or Contact Us.
You've sent me the wrong item!
This happens very rarely but if it does, please Contact Us immediately. If you need to return something that we've sent incorrectly we will immediately post the correct item and include a pre-paid address label for you to return the incorrect product.
I ordered by mistake. How do I cancel?
D'oh! Just Contact Us and we'll cancel the order and refund your payment. If the order has already shipped your refund will be processed once the item has been returned.
I've received my order but want to return it. How do I do it?
We’ll happily refund any purchase if you change your mind. All we ask is that you return the t-shirt to us in an unworn condition within 90 days of purchase.
Please Contact Us in the first instance so we can provide you with a reference number to quote when returning or exchanging your order. It should then be posted using a recorded delivery method to:

Yes, filed in June 2019, trade mark number UK00003408501. We're also a registered brand on the Amazon marketplace.
