FAQ and Returns

  1. ORDERING

    Payment Methods: You can order from Getting Shirty and pay with all major credit cards via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay and your transaction will be handled using cutting-edge data encryption technology, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other techniques to offer a secure online payment system.

    How to place your order: Click the thumbnail of the t-shirt you’d like, choose the correct size and colour and add it to your basket. You can then either continue shopping for more t-shirts or securely check-out.

    How to change or cancel your order: Please Contact Us as soon as possible with the relevant details and we’ll do the rest.

  2. DELIVERY

    Timescales: Please note that all of our t-shirts are made to order. We aim to ship your order within two days of the order being placed.

    Methods: All UK deliveries will be made using Royal Mail first or second class postage. Deliveries to everywhere else will be made by Air Mail. Please visit www.royalmail.co.uk for the latest information on delivery timescales.

    - £1.20 for one t-shirt and £1.00 extra for each additional t-shirt ordered
    Europe – £4.49 for one t-shirt and £2.00 extra for each additional t-shirt ordered
    Rest of the World - £5.49 for one t-shirt and £3.00 extra for each additional t-shirt ordered

  3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

    Colours & sizes: Our designs are offered in a variety of different colours and sizes. The sizes and colours available for each individual design will be displayed on the t-shirt’s product detail page. If the colour or size you’d like is not listed, please Contact Us and we’ll let you know if we can make one up for you.

    T-Shirt care: All of our t-shirts are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton. We recommend that your t-shirt is washed using a 40 degree cycle and ironed on the reverse of the design

    Size Guide: Sizing is obviously down to personal preference. Some people like their t-shirts baggy, some like them tight fitting, most of us are somewhere in-between. What we can do is give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. If you have a t-shirt in your wardrobe that you feel is a perfect fit, get it out, measure it and compare it with the measurements below. That way you should receive the perfect sized t-shirt.

  4. WHERE IS MY T-SHIRT?

    Log on to our website: When you purchased your t-shirt you would have created a website account with Getting Shirty and chosen a password. To check on the delivery information please Log In, enter your registered email address and password and then click on the My Account link at the top of the page. From here you'll be able to maintain your account with Getting Shirty and aslo check the order status. Any delays with delivery will be notified here together with the shipping date.

    Check your emails: If we expect a delay with the delivery of your t-shirt we will send an email to the email address you used when registering. Ww will also send a confirmation email once your t-shirt has been posted.

  5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Return policy: Satisfaction is guaranteed and we’ll happily refund any purchase if you change your mind. All we ask is that you return the t-shirt to us in an unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.

    Exchanges: We’ll happily exchange your purchase for a different size, colour or design.

    How to post your return/exchange: Please Contact Us in the first instance so we can provide you with a reference number to quote when returning or exchanging your t-shirt. The t-shirt should then be posted using a recorded delivery method to:

    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any returned t-shirts that gets lost in the post. Please therefore ensure that a recorded postage method is chosen so that the order can be tracked. The return postage cost is your responsibility unless a mistake has been made by us.
